To enjoy the best performance and longest life from your candle, please follow these care guidelines:
First Burn Matters
Your first burn is the most important. Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the bowl, creating a full melt pool before extinguishing the flame. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of your candle.
Before Each Burn
Trim wooden wicks to approximately 1/8 inch before relighting.
Remove any charred wood from previous burns to encourage a clean, steady flame.
Burn Time
Burn for 2–4 hours at a time.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours in a single session.
Safety
Always burn on a heat-resistant surface.
Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains.
After Enjoying Your Candle
Once your candle has reached the end of its life, clean the handcrafted wooden bowl with warm, soapy water and give it a second life as home décor, a catchall tray, or a beautiful keepsake.
